Oppo has launched a mid-range Reno smartphone in Japan, the OPPO Reno3 A has a more pocket-friendly price tag of around $371.

The OPPO Reno3 A smartphone is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 665 SoC paired with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. The device will run Color OS 7.1 based on Android 10 out of the box and also has support for IP68 Water and Dust resistance.
The OPPO Reno3 A has a 6.44-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a waterdrop notch and a resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels. The Organic EL AMOLED display has around 89.9% of screen-body ratio. It is protected by Corning’s Gorilla Glass 5.
On the camera, the OPPO Reno3 A has a 48MP f/1.7 main shooter leads the way for the camera arrangement followed by an 8MP ultra-wide. A 2MP Macro and a 2MP depth sensor complete the package. The front notch tucks in a 16MP f/2.0 selfie shooter. The OPPO Reno3 A packs in a 4,025mAh battery with support for fast charging.
As fo the connectivity options the OPPO Reno3 A include Bluetooth 5.0, WiFi 802.11 ac, GPS, BeiDou, GLONASS, and NFC. It is also compatible with Sony’s Contactless RFID system FeliCa. The device has a Dual Nano SIM card slot and a dedicated Micro SD slot for expansion of storage up to 256GB.
