The Samsung Galaxy S8 smartphone is the South Korean giant's flagship smartphone for the year 2017. The handset was launched in the country on May 5, 2017 (Official).

The Samsung Galaxy S8 comes with the Infinity Display, featuring dual-edge curved display and 18.5:9 aspect ratio. The smartphone's 5.8-inch QHD+ Super Amoled display has Corning Gorilla Glass 5 coating.
Samsung Galaxy S8 is powered by 1.9GHz octa-core Samsung Exynos 8895 processor. The handset has 4GB RAM and packs 64GB internal storage, expandable up to 256GB via microSD card.
As for camera, the smartphone 12MP 'dual-pixel' camera at the back with optical image stabilisation and f/1.7 aperture. In the front, there's an 8MP camera with auto-focus.
For sensors features, users will get accelerometer, barometer, gyroscope, heart rate sensor, ambient light sensor and proximity sensor. As far connectivity options, the device include Wi-Fi 802.11ac, 4G LTE, Bluetooth v5.0, USB Type-C, NFC and GPS. The smartphone also supports Samsung Pay.
The Samsung Galaxy S8 comes in Midnight Black, Orchid Gray, Coral Blue, Arctic Silver, Maple Gold and Burgundy Red colours. The smartphone price in India is Rs 37,990.
