OnePlus has been launched Nord 2 in India, as the new mid-range offering by the company. The new OnePlus Nord 2 replaces the original Nord. The handset competes with devices such as the Realme X7 Max, Vivo iQOO 7, Xiaomi Mi 11X and the Poco F3 GT.
The OnePlus Nord 2 comes with a 6.43-inch Full HD+ Super AMOLED display. The flat display has thin bezels and a punch-hole cutout for the front camera. The device is HDR10+ certified and has Corning Gorilla Glass 5 on the front and back. It features an in-display fingerprint reader and an AI face unlock feature.
In terms of its processor, the smartphone is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 1200 AI SoC. As for the storage. It comes with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. The smartphone backed a 4,500mAh battery with 65W fast charging support.
As for the camera department, It has three cameras on its back. The phone features a 50MP Sony IMX766 primary camera sensor with optical image stabilization, an 8MP ultrawide camera, and a 2MP monochrome sensor. A 32MP camera is available on the front for selfies and video calls.
Android 11-based Oxygen OS 11.3 comes pre-installed on the device. The smartphone features 5G, dual-SIM, 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth 5.2, WiFi 6, a USB Type-C port, and other connectivity options as well. It weighs 189 grams and measures 158.9×73.2×8.25mm.
There are three storage options on the OnePlus Nord 2. It’s priced at Rs 27,999 for the 6GB + 128GB model. A variant with 8GB RAM + 128GB storage is available for Rs 29,999. The price for 12GB + 256GB variant is Rs 34,999. The phone comes in Blue Haze, Gray Sierra, and a special edition Green Wood colour options.
