Microsoft Surface Laptop SE was revealed along with Windows SE along. The company unveiled the Windows 11 SE is developed to take on Google’s Chrome OS. The Surface Laptop SE comes preloaded with the Window 11 SE that provides an optimized experience with Office suite, Edge browser, and third-party apps including Zoom and Chrome.
Microsoft Surface Laptop SE features an 11.6 inches display with 768 x 1366 pixels resolution along with a 16:9 aspect ratio. Under the hood, the laptop is powered with Intel Celeron N4020 or N4120 processor with Intel UHD Graphics 600.
The Microsoft Surface Laptop SE comes with a 1-Megapixel camera for video calls with 720p maximum resolution. For connectivity, the Laptop SE includes a USB-A port, a USB-C port, a DC port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. The company promises a standby time of 16 hours and it comes with stereo speakers.
The Microsoft Surface Laptop SE is accompanied by 4GB or 8GB of RAM and 64GB or 128GB of eMMC storage. In terms of dimensions, the new Microsoft Notebook weighs 1.11kg. The brands like Acer, Dell, HP, Lenovo, Fujitsu, Positivo, and JK-IP will launch laptops powered by Windows 11 SE.
As for the pricing and availability, the Microsoft Surface Laptop SE comes in two configurations:- 4GB + 64GB priced at $249 ( Rs. 18,500 approx ) and 8GB + 128GB priced at $329 ( Rs. 24,400 approx ). The laptop is scheduled to release in markets like U.S, UK, Canada, and Japan by early 2022.
