Poco M4 Pro 5G was launched on Tuesday. The new Poco phone is a rebranded Redmi Note 11 5G and is marketed as the successor to the Poco M3 Pro 5G. In addition to the Poco M4 Pro 5G, Poco has announced the Moonlight Silver colour option of the Poco F3. It comes with a a 6.60-inch touchscreen display, MediaTek Dimensity 810 processor, 50-megapixel primary camera, and a 5000mAh battery.
The Poco M4 Pro 5G comes with a 6.60-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 1080x2400 pixels and an aspect ratio of 20:9. Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 810 processor. It comes with 6GB of RAM. The handset runs on Android 11 OS operating system and is powered by a 5000mAh battery.
The Poco M4 Pro 5G on the rear packs a dual camera setup featuring a 50-megapixel primary camera with an f/1.8 aperture, and an 8-megapixel camera with an f/2.2 aperture. The rear camera setup has autofocus. It has a single front camera setup for selfies and video calling, featuring a 16-megapixel sensor with an f/2.45 aperture.
The Poco M4 Pro 5G runs MIUI 12.5 for Poco is based on Android 11 OS and packs 64GB of inbuilt storage that can be expanded via microSD card (up to 1000GB). The smartphone is a dual-SIM (GSM and GSM) mobile that accepts Nano-SIM and Nano-SIM cards. In terms of deminsions, the handset measures 163.56 x 75.78 x 8.75mm (height x width x thickness) and weighs 195.00 grams.
Connectivity options on the Poco M4 Pro 5G include Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth v5.10, NFC, Infrared, USB Type-C, FM radio, 3G, and 4G (with support for Band 40 used by some LTE networks). Sensors on the smartphone include accelerometer, ambient light sensor, compass/ magnetometer, gyroscope, proximity sensor, and fingerprint sensor. It was launched in Cool Blue, Poco Yellow, and Power Black colours.
