Tecno Spark 8’s new variant with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of storage was launched in India. The device has a few differences from the one that debuted in September, including a larger 6.56-inch display and MediaTek Helio G25 gaming SoC. It has the same 16-megapixel rear dual camera setup.
The Tecno Spark 8 (3GB RAM) comes with a 6.56-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 720x1612 pixels and an aspect ratio of 20.5:9. Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio G25 processor. It comes with 3GB of RAM. The Handset runs on Android 11 OS and is powered by a 5000mAh battery.
The Tecno Spark 8 (3GB RAM) on the rear packs a 16-megapixel (f/1.8) + AI Lens camera with an f/1.8) + AI Lens (f/2.0 aperture. The rear camera setup has autofocus. It has a single front camera setup for selfies and video calling, featuring an 8-megapixel sensor with an f/2.0 aperture.
The Tecno Spark 8 (3GB RAM) runs HiOS v7.6 is based on Android 11 OS and packs 32GB of inbuilt storage that can be expanded via microSD card (up to 256GB) with a dedicated slot. The smartphone is a dual-SIM (GSM and GSM) mobile that accepts Nano-SIM and Nano-SIM cards. In terms of deminsions, the handset measures 164.82 x 76.05 x 8.85mm (height x width x thickness) .
Connectivity options on the Tecno Spark 8 (3GB RAM) include Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax, GPS, Bluetooth v5.00, Micro-USB, 3G, and 4G (with support for Band 40 used by some LTE networks). Sensors on the smartphone include accelerometer, ambient light sensor, proximity sensor, and fingerprint sensor. It was launched in Atlantic Blue, Iris Purple, and Turquoise Cyan colours.
