Micromax In Note 2 was revealed in India as the new budget smartphone from the Indian Tech Giant. The handset is a successor of In Note 1 which was announced back in November 2020. The new smartphone has a similar camera setup, similar battery capacity but the company bundled a better design, better display, faster charging, and a better chipset.

Micromax In Note 2 features a 6.43 inches AMOLED display with Full-HD+ ( 1080 x 2400 pixels ) resolution, 550nits peak brightness, and Corning Gorilla Glass Protection. Under the hood, the smartphone is powered with a MediaTek Helio G95 octa-core chipset that comes coupled with Arm Mali-G76 MC4 GPU. It is accompanied by 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage with a microSD card slot for extra storage.

In terms of camera department, the Micromax In Note 2 boasts a quad rear camera that includes a 48-megapixel primary sensor, a 5-megapixel ultrawide sensor, a 2-megapixel macro sensor, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. For selfies and video calls, the smartphone sports a 16-megapixel front-facing camera under the punch-hole at the top center. The device comes running on Android 11 OS out of the box.

The Micromax In Note 2 is packed with a 5000mah battery and supports 30W fast charging. For connectivity, the phone includes 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.0, USB Type-C port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. In terms of Dimensions, the smartphone measures 159.9 x 74.3 x 8.34mm and weighs 205 grams. Additionally, the handset comes with a side-mounted fingerprint sensor as well.

For pricing and availability, Micromax In Note 2 comes with a price tag of Rs. 13,490 for 4GB + 64GB and the company offered the smartphone in an introductory offer of Rs. 12,490 for a limited time.
