Oppo F17 and F17 Pro were unveiled on September 2 in India. Although, F17 pro already went on sale on September 7 in India for Rs. 22,990 for sole 8GB + 128GB variant. Oppo F17 features a 6.4-inch AMOLED panel with a resolution of FHD+ ( 1080 X 2400 pixels ). Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by Snapdragon 662 octa-core chipset coupled with Adreno 610 GPU. In terms of OS software, the device runs on Android 10 out of the box with Color OS 7.2 on the top.
As far as the cameras are concerned, the Oppo F17 boasts a quad rear camera that includes 48-megapixel primary sensor, an 8-megapixel ultrawide lens, a 2-megapixel macro lens, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. On the front, the smartphone has a 16-megapixel front shooter under the waterdrop notch. The device is equipped with a 4000mAh battery and has support for 30W VOOC Flash Charge 4.0.
For connectivity options, the Oppo F17 has Bluetooth 5.0, Wi-Fi 802.11, A-GPS, GLONASS, GALILEO, BDS, a 3.5mm audio jack, and has a USB Type-C port. The phone also has an In-display fingerprint sensor onboard. In terms of dimensions, the phone measures 159.8 x 72.8 x 7.5 mm and weighs 163 g.
As for pricing and availability, the OPPO F17 launch in two storage options, 6GB + 128GB variant is priced at Rs. 17,990 while the 8GB + 128GB variant is priced at Rs.19,990. The phone comes in three color options namely, Classic Silver, Dynamic Orange, and Navy Blue. The device is currently available to pre-order on Amazon.in and Flipkart while the open sale is scheduled for September 21.
