Redmi Note 9 Pro 5G has been launched in China with Snapdragon 750G SoC, and a 108-Megapixel quad rear camera setup. The smartphone includes features such as IP53 water and dust resistance, dual stereo speakers, reading mode, and more. The handset comes with a 6.67-inch full-HD+ resolution display, octa-core Snapdragon 750G SoC, a quad rear camera setup, and a 4820mah battery.
Redmi Note 9 Pro 5G features a 6.67-inch full-HD+ (2400×1080 pixels) resolution display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 240Hz touch sampling rate, and center punch-hole design. Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 750G SoC, Adreno 619 GPU, and paired with up to 8GB of RAM + 256GB of storage. The handset runs on MIUI 12 on top of Android 10 OS out of the box.
As far as the cameras are concerned, the Redmi Note 9 Pro 5G is equipped with a quad rear camera setup that houses a Samsung 108-Megapixel HM2 (primary) sensor with an aperture of f/1.75+ 8-Megapixel (Ultrawide) sensor + 2-Megapixel (Depth) sensor + 2-Megapixel (macro) sensor. For selfies and video calls, The smartphone includes a 16-Megapixel selfie shooter.
Redmi Note 9 Pro 5G packs with a 4820mah battery and 33W of fast charging. For connectivity, The handset comes with a dual sim slot, 5G, 4G, Bluetooth 5.1, NFC, GPS, 3.5mm jack, and a USB type C charging port. In terms of sensors, It has an accelerometer, gyroscope, ambient light sensor, proximity, and a side-mounted fingerprint reader. It comes in three color variants.
The base variant of the Redmi Note 9 Pro 5G is priced at 1599 Yuan (around Rs.18,000) for 6GB + 128GB storage, the mid variant of 8GB + 128GB storage costs 1799 Yuan (around Rs.20,000) whereas the high-end variant of 8GB + 128GB carries a price tag of 1999 Yuan (around Rs.22,500). It is available for pre-booking on China’s popular e-commerce websites. However, The company has not shared any information related to its international availability yet.
