Lava Z3 was announced in India as the new entry-level smartphone from the Indian Tech Company. The handset comes with a waterdrop notch display, MediaTek’s octa-core chipset, dual rear camera, fingerprint sensor, big battery and more. Earlier, this month the company unveiled the Lava X2 which has similar features and specs to the Lava Z3.
Lava Z3 features a 6.5 inches IPS LCD display with an HD+ ( 720 x 1600 pixels ) resolution, 20:9 aspect ratio, Gorilla Glass 3 protection, and 263 ppl pixel density. The smartphone is powered with a MediaTek Helio A20 octa-core processor that comes coupled with IMG PowerVR GE8300 GPU. In terms of dimensions, the handset measures 64.5 x 73.8 x 8.9mm and weighs 192 grams.
For selfies and video calls, the Lava Z3 boasts a 5-megapixel front-facing camera under the waterdrop notch. On the front software, the smartphone comes running on Android 11 Go edition out of the box. It is accompanied by 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage that can be extended via a microSD card slot for more storage.
The Lava Z3 is packed with a 5000mah battery and supports 10W charging. The smartphone sports a dual rear camera that includes an 8-megapixel primary sensor and an AI lens. For connectivity options, the handset includes 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, a USB Type-C port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
For official pricing and availability, the Lava Z3 is priced at Rs 8,499 for the sole configuration of 3GB + 32GB but it is listed for Rs. 7,499. The smartphone comes in two color options namely Striped Blue and Striped Cyan. The device is available for purchase via e-commerce platform websites like Amazon and Flipkart.
