Motorola Moto Edge X30 Under-Screen Camera Edition smartphone has been launched in China. The new handset is identical to the Moto Edge X30 that was launched last year 2021, though it comes with a new selfie camera sensor and a display. The latter helps to hide the selfie camera. The device also comes with a a 144 Hz refresh rate 6.70-inch touchscreen display, Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor and a 5000mAh battery.

The Motorola Moto Edge X30 Under-Screen Camera Edition comes with a 144 Hz refresh rate 6.70-inch touchscreen display offering a resolution of 1080x2400 pixels (FHD+) and an aspect ratio of 20:9. The display sports Gorilla Glass for protection. The smartphone is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor. It comes with 12GB of RAM. At the heart, it runs Android 12 and is powered by a 5000mAh battery. The handset supports proprietary fast charging.

In terms of optics, the Motorola Moto Edge X30 Under-Screen Camera Edition on the rear packs a triple camera setup featuring a 50-megapixel (f/1.88) primary camera; a 50-megapixel (f/2.2) camera, and a 2-megapixel camera. The rear camera setup has autofocus. It has a single front camera setup for selfies and video calls, featuring a 60-megapixel sensor with an f/2.2 aperture.

On the front software, the Motorola Moto Edge X30 Under-Screen Camera Edition runs MYUI 3.0 is based on Android 12 and packs 256GB of inbuilt storage. The smartphone is a dual-SIM (GSM and GSM) mobile that accepts Nano-SIM and Nano-SIM cards. In terms of dimensions, the handset measures 163.56 x 75.95 x 8.49mm (height x width x thickness) and weighs 194.00 grams.
