BLU is an American mobile brand that focuses on releasing affordable smartphones without compromising on the value for money aspect. It has now released its first-ever 5G device called BLU F91 5G in the United States. The handset is packed with specs and features that you would expect considering its asking price.
The BLU F91 5G bears a 6.8-inch Full HD+ (2460 x 1080 pixels) punch-hole display with 369ppi pixel density. Under the hood, the smartphone has the MediaTek Dimensity 810 processor coupled with 8GB of RAM. It is available with a single 128GB storage option along with support for microSD cards up to 256GB.
In terms of optics, there is a quad-camera module featuring a 48-megapixel Samsung GM1 primary sensor, a 5-megapixel wide-angle sensor, a 2-megapixel depth sensor, and a 2-megapixel macro sensor. The front camera on the smartphone is a 16-megapixel sensor housed inside the punch-hole for selfies and video calls.
On the front software, the BLU F91 5G will run Android 11 out of the box. The whole package is powered by a 5,000mAh battery with 18W fast charging and 10W wireless charging. Other noteworthy features include a 3.5mm headphone jack, USB Type-C port, Bluetooth v5, and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.
As for the official pricing and availability, the BLU F91 5G smartphone is priced at $299.99 ( approximately INR 22,941.89) for the sole 8GB/128GB model. The device is available in two colors: Sky Blue and Spectrum Gray. There is a limited-time $100 discount available on the handset.
