Micromax IN 2C smartphone was announced in India as the new entry-level device from the Indian Tech Company. The new phone has a similar design and specs to the Micromax In 2b which was unveiled last year 2021. As for the key highlights, it features a waterdrop notch display, a big battery, dual AI camera, unisoc octa-core processor, and more.
Micromax IN 2C bears a 6.52-inches IPS LCD display with an HD+ (1600 x 720 pixels) resolution and 269 PPI screen density. Under the hood, the handset is equipped with a Unisoc T610 SoC that comes coupled with Arm Mali G52 MP2 GPU. It is accompanied by 3GB RAM and 64GB of onboard storage that can be extended is a microSD card slot.
Coming to optics, the Micromax IN 2C boasts a dual rear camera that includes an 8-megapixel primary sensor along with an AI sensor. The smartphone sports a 5-megapixel selfie sensor under the waterdrop notch. The handset is running on Android 11 OS skin out of the box. Additionally, the device includes a Single Speaker, a Single Microphone, and face beauty.
As for the battery, Micromax IN 2C is packed with a 5000mah battery and supports 10W charging. For connectivity options, the smartphone includes 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, a USB Type-C port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. In terms of dimensions, the handset measures 164.31 x 75.68 x 8.63mm and weighs 198 grams.
For official pricing and availability, the Micromax IN 2C comes in a solo configuration of 3GB + 32GB priced at Rs. 8,499 but the users will be able to purchase it for Rs. 7,499 during the first sale. The Indian tech company offered the device in two color options namely brown and silver. The handset will go for sale on May 1 via e-commerce platform website store Flipkart in India.
