Motorola Edge 30 has been launched in Europe as the latest addition to the company’s Edge smartphone lineup. As for the key highlights, it sports a 6.5-inch OLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate, a Snapdragon 778G+ chipset, along with 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of inbuilt storage. It is equipped with a 50-megapixel triple rear camera setup and packs a 4,020mAh battery.

The Motorola Edge 30 comes with a 144 Hz refresh rate 6.50-inch touchscreen display offering a resolution of 1080x2400 pixels (FHD+). It is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G Plus processor. It comes with 8GB of RAM. The handset runs Android 12 and is powered by a 4020mAh non-removable battery. The device supports proprietary fast charging.

In terms of optics, the Motorola Edge 30 on the rear packs a triple camera setup featuring a 50-megapixel (f/1.8) primary camera; a 50-megapixel (f/1.5) camera, and a 2-megapixel (f/2.4) camera. The rear camera setup has autofocus. It has a single front camera setup for selfies and video calls, featuring a 32-megapixel sensor with an f/2.25 aperture. It supports face unlock.

The Motorola Edge 30 runs My UX is based on Android 12 OS out of the box and packs 128GB of inbuilt storage. The smartphone is a dual-SIM (GSM and GSM) mobile that accepts Nano-SIM and Nano-SIM cards. In terms of dimensions, the handset measures 159.38 x 74.24 x 6.79mm (height x width x thickness) and weighs 155.00 grams. It was launched in Aurora Green, Meteor Gray, and Supermoon Silver colours.

For connectivity options on the Motorola Edge 30 include Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax, GPS, Bluetooth v5.20, NFC, USB Type-C, 3G, 4G (with support for Band 40 used by some LTE networks) , and 5G with active 4G on both SIM cards. Sensors on the smartphone include gyroscope, accelerometer, compass/ magnetometer, ambient light sensor, proximity sensor, and in-display fingerprint sensor.
