Oppo F21 Pro 5G was launched in India on Tuesday (April 12), alongside the Oppo F21 Pro 4G smartphone. As for the key highlights, it offers a 6.43-inch touchscreen display with a 60 Hz refresh rate, Snapdragon 695 processor, a triple camera setup, and a 4500mAh battery, the company also introduced the Oppo Enco Air 2 Pro true wireless stereo (TWS) earbuds in the country.
The Oppo F21 Pro 5G comes with a 60 Hz refresh rate 6.43-inch touchscreen display offering a resolution of 1080x2400 pixels (FHD+) and an aspect ratio of 20:9. Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 processor. It comes with 8GB of RAM. At the heart, the device runs on Android 11 OS and is powered by a 4500mAh battery. The handset supports Super VOOC fast charging.
In terms of optics, the Oppo F21 Pro 5G on the rear packs a triple camera setup featuring a 64-megapixel (f/1.7) primary camera; a 2-megapixel (f/2.4) camera, and a 2-megapixel (f/2.4) camera. The rear camera setup has autofocus. It has a single front camera setup for selfies and video calls, featuring a 16-megapixel sensor with an f/2.4 aperture.
On the front software, the Oppo F21 Pro 5G runs ColorOS 12 is based on Android 11 OS out of the box and packs 128GB of inbuilt storage. The smartphone is a dual-SIM (GSM and GSM) mobile that accepts Nano-SIM and Nano-SIM cards. In terms of dimensions, the handset measures 159.90 x 73.20 x 7.50mm (height x width x thickness) and weighs 173.00 grams.
For connectivity options on the Oppo F21 Pro 5G include Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, GPS, Bluetooth v5.10, USB Type-C, 3G, 4G (with support for Band 40 used by some LTE networks) , and 5G. Sensors on the smartphone include accelerometer, ambient light sensor, compass/ magnetometer, gyroscope, proximity sensor, and in-display fingerprint sensor. It was launched in Cosmic Black and Rainbow Spectrum colours.
