Infinix Hot 12 Play smartphone was announced in Thailand as the new budget device from the Chinese Tech Company. As for the key specifications, the handset comes with a fast refresh rate punch-hole display, triple rear camera, MediaTek entry-level octa-core chipset, large battery, fast charging, 3.5mm audio jack, and more.
Infinix Hot 12 Play bears a 6.82 inches IPS TFT display with an HD+ ( 720 x 1612 pixels ) resolution, 90Hz fast refresh rate, and 180Hz touch sampling rate. The handset is equipped with a MediaTek helio G37 processor that comes coupled with PowerVR GE8320 GPU. It is accompanied by 4GB of RAM with 3GB of extended RAM support and 128GB of internal storage that can be extended via a microSD card slot.
As for the camera department, the Infinix Hot 12 Play features a triple rear camera that includes a 13-megapixel primary sensor, a 2-megapixel secondary sensor, and an AI lens. For selfies and video calls, the smartphone boasts an 8-megapixel front-facing camera under the punch-hole at the top center. The smartphone is backed by a 6000mah battery and supports 18W fast charging.
In terms of software, the Infinix Hot 12 Play comes running on Android 11 with XOS skin on top. For connectivity, the smartphone includes 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.0, a USB Type-C port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. In terms of dimensions, the device measures 170.47 x 77.60 x 8.32mm and weighs 194.9 grams. Additionally, the Hot 12 Play includes a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor.
As for the official pricing and availability, Infinix Hot 12 Play is priced at 4,299 THB ( Rs. 9,600 approx ) and the smartphone comes in four color options namely Racing Black, Legend White, Origin Blue, and Lucky Green. The device is available for pre-orders via e-commerce platform website store Lazada and offline store.
