Chinese tech giant, Vivo has launched a new mid-ranger smartphone, called Vivo T1 5G in India. It is the newest 5G capable handset from the company. There is a high refresh rate display panel and a slim profile. The device has just 8.25mm thickness making it one of the thinnest smartphones that you can get.

The Vivo T1 5G sports a 6.58-inch Full HD+ (2408 x 1080 pixels) IPS LCD display with a dew-drop notch. The panel has a 120Hz refresh rate and 240Hz touch sampling rate. Under the hood, the choice of processor is Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 and coupled with 4GB, 6GB, and 8GB of RAM. All these variants are available with 128GB onboard storage.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the triple rear cameras include a 50-megapixel primary sensor with an f/1.8 aperture, a 2-megapixel macro sensor, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. The front camera is a 16-megapixel sensor housed within the notch. In terms of software, the Vivo T1 5G will boot Funtouch OS 12 based on Android 12 out of the box. 

Vivo T1 comes with a 5,000mAh cell capacity. It lives up to the hype and is well optimized to perform all day. But, it takes forever to fully charge from zero to 100 percent. It takes around two hours and 15 minutes for a single full charge. The rest of the new vivo T1 5G's highlights include an in-display fingerprint reader, USB-C, Hi-Res Audio support, and vapor chamber cooling.

For pricing and availability, Vivo has priced the Vivo T1 5G at INR 15,990 for the 4GB/128GB base model. It will cost INR 16,990 and INR 19,990 at 6GB/128GB and 8GB/128GB model The smartphone will be available in Rainbow Fantasy and Starlight Black color options. It will go on sale starting February 14th via online and offline stores.
