Vivo Y33e 5G was announced in China as the new 5G device under the Y series. The new smartphone is just a rebranded version of the Vivo Y33s that went official in China back in March this year. It comes with a waterdrop notch display, MediaTek octa-core 5G processor, headphone jack, dual rear camera, big battery, side-mounted fingerprint sensor, and more.
Vivo Y33e 5G flaunts a 6.51 inches LCD display with 60Hz refresh rate, HD+ ( 720 x 1600 pixels ) resolution, 88.99 percent screen to body ratio, and 20:9 aspect ratio. Under the hood, the smartphone is powered with a MediaTek Dimensity 700 octa-core chipset that comes coupled with Mali G57 MP2 GPU. It is accompanied by 4GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage.
In terms of optics, the Vivo Y33e 5G boasts a dual rear camera that includes a 13-megapixel main sensor, and a 2-megapixel macro lens. For selfies and video calls, the smartphone sports an 8-megapixel front-facing camera under the waterdrop notch. The Chinese tech company has bundled features like time-lapse, portrait mode, night scene, and more.
The Vivo Y33e 5G is packed with a 5000mah battery and supports 10W charging. The phone comes running on Android 12 out of the box with Origin OS Ocean UI skin on top. In terms of dimensions, it measures 164 × 75.84 × 8.25mm and weighs 185 grams. For connectivity, the handset includes a 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, USB Type-C port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
As official pricing and availability, the Vivo Y33e 5G comes in a solo configuration of 4GB + 128GB priced at 1,299 yuan. The Chinese tech company offered the smartphone in two color options namely Fluorite Black and Magic Blue. It is slated to go for sale in the Hometown in June 1.
