The ZTE Axon 40 Pro has been launched in China on May 9 (Monday). It will be revealed at the time of its launch in China. It may start at CNY 4,750. The device offers a a 144 Hz refresh rate 6.67-inch touchscreen display, packs a Snapdragon 870 5G chipset, respectively. The handset also packed a a 5,000mAh non-removable battery.

Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by a Snapdragon 870 5G chipset. The handset runs Android 12 and is powered by a 5,000mAh non-removable battery.
As far as the cameras are concerned, the ZTE Axon 40 Pro on the rear packs a triple camera setup featuring a 100-megapixel (f/1.89) primary camera; an 8-megapixel (f/2.2) camera, and a 2-megapixel camera. It has a single front camera setup for selfies and video calls, featuring a 16-megapixel sensor.
On the front software, the ZTE Axon 40 Pro runs MyOS 12 out of the box is based on Android 12 OS out of the box and packs 512GB of inbuilt storage. The smartphone is a dual-SIM (GSM and GSM) mobile that accepts Nano-SIM and Nano-SIM cards. In terms of dimensions, the handset measures 162.90 x 72.90 x 8.46mm (height x width x thickness).
For connectivity options on the ZTE Axon 40 Pro include Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax, GPS, Bluetooth v5.20, NFC, and USB Type-C. Sensors on the smartphone include gyroscope, accelerometer, ambient light sensor, proximity sensor, and in-display fingerprint sensor. It was launched in Crystal Mist Blue, Star Orange, and Magic Night Black colours.
