Huawei Enjoy 50 was launched in China as the new budget 4G smartphone from the Chinese Tech Giant. It is quite weird that the company has skipped the Enjoy 30, and Enjoy 40 series although, the exact reason is not mentioned by the company. As for the key highlights, the new handset comes with a large battery, dewdrop notch display, large battery, and more.
As per the report, Huawei Enjoy 50 flaunts a 6.75 inches IPS LCD display with an HD+ ( 720 x 1600 pixels ) resolution, 20:9 aspect ratio, and 260 PPI pixel density. Under the hood, the phone is fueled by an unknown octa-core chipset clocked at 2.00GHz might be a kirin 710A chipset. It is paired with up to 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of onboard storage.
In terms of camera, the Huawei Enjoy 50 features a dual rear camera that includes a 13-megapixel primary sensor and a 2-megapixel macro sensor under a pill ship camera module along with an LED flash. For selfies and video calls, the handset sports an 8-megapixel front-facing camera under the U shape notch.
On the software front, the Huawei Enjoy 50 comes running on the company’s own Harmony OS 2. The smartphone is backed by a 6000mah battery and supports 22.5W fast charging. For connectivity, the handset includes 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.1, USB Type-C port, GPS, and a 3.5mm audio jack. The device also includes a side-mounted fingerprint sensor.
For official pricing and availability, the Huawei Enjoy 50 comes in three configurations: 6GB + 128GB priced at 1,299 yuan, 8GB + 128GB priced at 1,499 yuan and 8GB + 256GB priced at 1,699 yuan. The smartphone comes in two color options namely Crystal Blue, Pearl White, and Midnight Black. It is made available only in China and there is no information regarding the availability outside the hometown.
