Infinix Smart 6 Plus, a new budget-oriented offering by Infinix Mobile, has finally launched in India. The handset can be bought in India via Flipkart. As for the key highlights, the new entry-level smartphone features a large display, a 5,000mAh battery, and a MediaTek Helio G25 processor.
The Infinix Smart 6 Plus features a 6.82-inch HD+ display with a 1,600 x 720 pixel resolution, a 20.5:9 aspect ratio, and a 60Hz refresh rate. The device makes room for a waterdrop notch at the top of the display, which houses a 5MP selfie shooter. At the back, there is an 8MP main camera and a depth camera, the resolution of which, has not been specified.
Powering the Infinix Smart 6 Plus smartphone is a MediaTek Helio G25 processor, which is paired with 3GB RAM and 64GB expandable storage. To make things better for the users, the device has support for virtual RAM as well, using which, the RAM can be increased by up to 3GB virtually.
In terms of software, the Infinix Smart 6 Plus boots Android 12 Go Edition out of the box. The device has a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner. Lastly, the phone has a 5,000mAh battery with support for 10W charging. Interested buyers will be able to get their hands on the device in a Miracle Black and a Tranquil Sea Blue colour option.
The Infinix Smart 6 Plus has been launched in India in a single storage option, which has 3GB RAM and 64GB onboard memory. The device is priced at ₹7,999, but one should keep in mind that this is the introductory pricing of the Infinix Smart 6 Plus, and is subject to change. Nevertheless, the first sale of the handset will happen on August 3, 2022, on Flipkart.
