South Korean multinational corporation LG has launched a new Android tablet in Korea, called the LG Ultra Tab. The new tab features a 10.35-inch IPS LCD panel, a Snapdragon 680 processor, and a 7,040mAh battery, among other features. The LG Ultra Tab flaunts an ultra-slim 7.1mm metal body with a 10.35-inch 2K WUXGA+ IPS LCD panel that offers a resolution of 2,000×1,200 pixels. Powering the tablet is an octa-core Snapdragon 680 processor, which is coupled with an Adreno 610 GPU for handling graphics. The device features 4GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 64GB of UFS 2.2 storage. In terms of software, the LG Ultra Tab runs Android 12 OS out of the box.
In terms of optics, the LG Ultra Tab offers an 8MP rear camera with Autofocus and a 5MP front-facing camera with Fixed focus. Coming to the battery of the device, the new LG Ultra Tab is backed by a 7,040mAh battery unit with support for 25W fast charging and a QC3.0 quick charging. In terms of connectivity, the device supports Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz / 5GHz), Bluetooth 5.1, and a USB Type-C port.
Other key features of the LG Ultra Tab include support for quad speakers, a 3.5mm audio jack, and an MIL-STD 810G military grade certification. LG is also offering a Folio case and Wacom Stylus pen accessories for the Ultra Tab. Coming to dimensions, the tablet measures 247.6 × 157.3 × 7.1 mm and weighs around 458 grams.
For official pricing and availability, the LG Ultra Tab is priced at KRW 426,000 (approx. $326/ ₹26,025) and is available for purchase in South Korea. The new LG tablet comes in a single Charcoal Grey colour. We can expect the brand to introduce the LG Ultra Tab in global market later this year 2022.
