This film tells the story of a detective from North Korea Im Chul Ryung (Hyun Bin) who is sent to South Korea on a mission. The mission targets Jang Myung Joon (Jin Sun Kyu), a leader of a North Korean crime organization. Im Chul Ryung teams up with a detective from South Korea Kang Jin Tae (Yu Hae Jin) in pursuit of Jang Myung Hoon.
Meanwhile, an FBI agent, starring Daniel Henney, teamed up with Im Chul Ryung and Kang Jin Tae in the pursuit of Jang Myung Hoon.
