"We would like to inform you that the live broadcast of the SMTOWN Wonderland 2022 red carpet which was scheduled to be broadcast live today for free has been canceled.
The event was supposed to be held for KWANGYA CLUB ACE members on the Beyond LIVE platform for approximately one hour starting at 18:15 KST," said SM Entertainment. "Because the SMTOWN Wonderland 2022 event itself has been canceled, the red carpet broadcast will also not be broadcast. We ask for understanding from fans," he concluded.
Not only SM Entertainment events, SBS Inkigayo music shows were also canceled. Episode 1160 was supposed to be broadcast this afternoon. "Today, Inkigayo episode 1160 will not be broadcast," said the SBS. "So, we also want to inform you that the pre-recording and reception of fans to watch the live broadcast has also been canceled," he concluded.
On October 29, 2022, a large crowd broke out during the annual Halloween celebrations in Seoul 's Itaewon ward . The crowd suddenly grew so large that 151 people were reported to have died. Currently, the police are still trying to identify the victim and investigate the real cause.
