South Korean brand Ottogi announced that Jin BTS was chosen as the advertising model for 'Jin Ramen '. Adapting from South Korean media Maeil Kyungjae , Ottogi announced on Wednesday, November 9, 2022 that Kim Seok Jin, a member of BTS will be chosen as the advertising model for 'Jin Ramen'.
Ottogi said the reason they chose Kim Seok Jin as the advertising model was because of their similar values. Ottogi sincerely maintains the best taste for a long time, coinciding with Jin's genuine value for music. The ad video featuring Jin as a 'Jin Ramen' model is planned to be broadcast on TV starting November 11, 2022. The new commercial video will show the similarities of Jin's thoughts with 'Jin Ramen'.
The message regarding 'sincerity that finally shows' will be conveyed through the phrase, 'Finally, sincerity works!'. Ottogi's side said, " Through the synergy with Jin of BTS, who has made a unique presence as a global artist, we want to more effectively convey the brand value of the classic Jin Ramyun, who will celebrate his 35th anniversary next year.

Ottogi's side emphasized the word 'Jin' in the video in purple, a color known to symbolize ARMY's fandom, making netizens guess.
