"I don't know what happiness is without you." It was a snippet of the line Nont's character uttered in the premiere of the latest Thai drama , Finding the Rainbow . Finding the Rainbow is an original Viu series directed by James Thanadol. The series is starred by God Ithipat, Aom Sushar, 2PM's Nickhun, Singto Prachaya, and Fon Nalinthip.
Airing its first episode on November 9, 2022, Finding The Rainbow has a back and forth plot, following a synopsis of the Thai drama Finding the Rainbow episode 1. Our first scene is shown in 2007, when the phone rings at the house of Nont (God Ithipat) from a man named Fern (Aom Sushar). After that a plane hit the building where Fern was, and their conversation was cut off.
Back in 1992, Nont was still in high school at that time. It was May 1992, the Black May incident in Thailand. When a massive riot broke out. It was this incident that brought Nont and Fern together. While escaping from the crowd and being chased by the police, Nont, who was separated from his entourage, met Fern.
The two of them met and it was fate that brought them together again. After the events of that day, Nont always thought about Fern. Fate brought them together again, this time at the announcement of their graduation from university. Both of them looked at the same paper, and Fern who found her name got away was so happy and vented her happiness to Nont who was next to her.
They met again in college, being in the same faculty made Nont make up his mind to approach Fern. Back in 2007, Nont, who suspected that his relationship with Fern had ended, tried to keep their beautiful memory. He went to the United States to meet a businessman who bought Fern's memorable house.
