BLACKPINK's Lisa reportedly bought a villa for 7.5 billion won or around Rp. 91.3 billion. The luxurious residence was previously occupied by a Korean conglomerate family. Reporting from allkpop, BLACKPINK's Lisa villa is located in the Seongbuk-dong area, Seoul. The area is known as the elite because it is home to the richest people in South Korea.
Only a handful of Korean artists occupy the area. Besides BLACKPINK's Lisa, there are Lee Seung Gi and Bae Yong Joon who live in Seongbuk-dong and are their neighbors. The BLACKPINK group rapper initially only rented the villa as of July 2022. However, Lisa decided to settle down in Seongbuk-dong and bought it on January 30, 2023.
The villa occupied by BLACKPINK's Lisa is known to have a land area of 7,200 square feet or around 668 square meters. Uniquely, the villa consists of one floor and two other floors underground. Before being purchased by Lisa BLACKPINK, the luxury villa was the residence of Jang Seon Yoon, the grandson of the founder of Lotte Corporation, one of the largest retail companies in South Korea.
Jang Seon Yoon bought land in the Seongbuk-dong area in 2014 before finally building it into a villa. The construction took two years and was completed in 2016.
