One of the members of the NCT boy group, namely Mark, showed his kindness by secretly participating in making a number of donations for disaster victims in Turkey and Syria, without notifying the agency. Quoting from Naver on February 15, 2023, according to a report from news media outlet Xports News, NCT's Mark is reported to have donated KRW 150 million won through the Hope Bridge National Disaster Relief Association foundation.

Initially Mark made the donation secretly without notifying the agency, namely SM Entertainment. However, SM Entertainment later found out about Mark's kindness after officials from the Hope Bridge National Disaster Relief Association contacted them to ask for confirmation. SM Entertainment said that it was Mark NCT's warm and humble gesture to make a donation secretly without notifying the agency in advance. 

Previously, Genie Music had also made a donation worth 10 million won (around 118 million rupiah) to help earthquake victims in Syria and Turkey on behalf of Mark. After Mark was chosen as the K-Pop idol born in the year of the rabbit, the most anticipated activity by fans in 2023. This program is a fan poll program, and Genie Music donates the funds on behalf of Mark as the winner of the poll. 

Not only that, in 2021 Mark and his fans will also actively participate in carrying out a number of social activities by making donations to victims of the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. Meanwhile, Mark, who is also active as a member of NCT 127 and NCT Dream, has just finished promoting his fourth full repackage album 'Ay-Yo' with NCT 127 which was released on January 30, 2023. 

Now Mark will continue his activities with a world tour concert with NCT Dream, which has just released a new schedule for the 'The Dream Show 2: In A Dream' series of concerts in a number of cities in Asian, European and American countries. Mark and other NCT Dream members are currently in Japan to begin preparations for their concert on February 17-19 2023 at Kyocera Dome, Osaka, Japan.
