On Friday July 21, 2023, NewJeans released the music video for the title track " ETA " from their second mini album entitled "Get Up". In the music video, NewJeans collaborated with Apple in its production. In particular, the "ETA" music video is very special because it was recorded using the iPhone 14 Pro in collaboration with the "Shot on iPhone" campaign with Apple.

Reported by KBIZoom on July 21, 2023, the music video for "ETA" was recorded by director Shin Woo Suk from Dolphiners Films, who previously worked on several music videos for NewJeans, such as "Ditto", "OMG", and "Cool With You". The "ETA" music video, recorded with the iPhone 14 Pro, tells of a group of girls who have just caught their friend's boyfriend approaching another girl.

"ETA" combines a dynamic beat and catchy chorus with up-tempo choreography, displaying NewJeans' signature musical color. It was revealed that rapper Beenzino participated as the lyricist for the song. Previously, NewJeans released the pre-release songs "Super Shy" and "New Jeans" on July 7, 2023 ahead of the official comeback date with their second mini-album, "Get Up".

Next, the girl group released the song "Cool With You" on July 20 via the official Youtube channel in two versions, namely Side A and Side B. In particular, the music video for "Cool With You" includes global actress Jung Ho Yeon and actor Tony Leung in the music video, thereby immediately attracting worldwide attention.

Meanwhile, NewJeans' mini-album vol.2 "Get Up" has a total of 6 songs, including "Super Shy", "New Jeans", "Cool With You", "ETA", "ASAP" and "Get Up". Pre-orders for NewJeans' latest mini album reached 1.72 million copies. This data was taken based on data from the YG PLUS distributor on Friday July 21, 2023, which is the day the album was released.

The number was more than double the previous pre-order record for NewJeans' first single album, "OMG", which clocked in at around 800,000 copies. With these numbers, it is predicted that the mini album "Get Up" can reach up to 2 million sales in the first week. What do you think?
