Recently aespa's Ningning appeared at an event entitled " Lee Mujin Service " During the event, Ningning revealed various stories, one of which was the regret she felt after signing a contract with SM Entertainment. On Tuesday May 28, 2024, aespa's Ningning was a guest star for the event hosted by soloist Lee Mujin, "Lee Mu Jin Service".
The video, which was uploaded for almost half an hour, shows Ningning singing a number of songs, including "Thirsty" by aespa, "Be Natural" by SES, "Paper Heart" by Tory Kelly, and "Breath" sung by SM The Ballad. For half an hour, Ningning not only sang but also shared stories with Lee Mujin and the audience.
She tells various stories about his trainee life as a K-Pop idol and there is one thing he still regrets, namely not saying goodbye to his friends properly. " That's because I couldn't say goodbye properly to my school friends," said the youngest member of aespa.
Ningning revealed that she immediately went to South Korea after responding to the casting agent. The day after he arrived in Korea, she immediately signed a contract with SM Entertainment so he could not return to school from that day.
This incident occurred in 2016, but to this day Ningning admits that she still regrets it. He regretted moving too quickly without saying goodbye to his friends in a proper way. "Sometimes I still regret it. I couldn't say a proper goodbye to my friends. I wish I could say goodbye to them." Ningning said.
As is known, Ningning is an SM Entertainment trainee whose name appeared in public long before aespa debuted. He was introduced as part of SM Rookie in 2016 at a young age, around 14 years old. Until aespa debuted in 2020, Ningning had been a trainee for approximately 4 years.
At the end, Lee Mujin invited Ningning to send a video message to her old school friends . "Hi beloved friends? How are you? I hope you have a nice day every day." Greet Ningning. Meanwhile, aespa has just made their comeback with their first album entitled " Armageddon " on May 27 2024.
The album consists of 10 songs with the two main songs entitled "Supernova" and "Armageddon". This comeback marks their return after releasing the hit song "Drama". The album was a huge success even in just a short time.
