WayV shared details for the main song ' Give Me That ' from their fifth comeback mini album of the same title, which will be released on June 3, 2024. Quoting from Naver on Monday May 20, 2024, written by the hit songwriter from SM Entertainment, KENZIE, the song 'Give Me That' will carry a bright and cheerful concept.
Different from the concept of previous WayV albums. In particular, the song 'Give Me That' is a pop dance song that highlights its charm by adding an addictive melody and brass sounds over the funky old school drum beat. This song will channel WayV's cheerful energy which can be felt not only through the vocals but also the song's lyrics.
'Give Me That' itself tells the story of a confession of love to someone you are attracted to at first sight. Very different from the main song from their second full album 'On My Youth' which was released in November 2023, where the members expressed their regret for the actions and events of their youth.
In this latest comeback song, fans can see the sweet and fluttering side of Kun and his friends when they confess their love to someone. Showing music colors and concepts that are different from before, making fans even more curious to see and witness a new side of the members.
