The South Korean girl group, KISS OF LIFE, is reportedly ready to make a comeback this summer. Reporting from Soompi on Thursday May 16, 2024, Korean media reported that KISS OF LIFE is preparing to release new music next July 2024.
Not long after, S2 Entertainment as the agency that oversees the girl group confirmed preparations for KISS OF LIFE's comeback in July. "It is true that KISS OF LIFE will make a comeback in July," said the agency, reported by Soompi on Friday (May 17, 2024.
However, the agency is still silent about providing further information regarding the KISS OF LIFE comeback, including the song list and comeback promotion schedule. The news of this group's comeback comes three months after they released their first single entitled Midas Touch on April 3 which was immediately successful on the international stage.
The song Midas Touch successfully entered the Melon Top 100 Chart and debuted on the American Billboard 200. This girl group, consisting of Julie, Natty, Belle, and Haneul, has succeeded in attracting fans with its unique Y2K nuanced concept and music.
KISS OF LIFE first made its debut in July 2023 by launching a mini album entitled KISS OF LIFE which consists of six songs, namely Shhh as the main song, then Bye My Neverland, Sugarcoat, Countdown, Kitty Cat, and Play Love Games.
On November 8 2023, KISS OF LIFE made its first comeback with the mini album Born to be XX which consists of seven new songs. Recently, on February 20, 2024, the girl group held its first fan meeting in Japan entitled Hello Kissy. They then continued their fan meeting to Bangkok, Thailand, on March 17 with a fan meeting entitled Dear Kissy.
Meanwhile, one of the KISS OF LIFE members, Julie, has just been confirmed to be collaborating on TWICE's Nayeon's comeback. The rapper will duet with Nayeon for the song entitled Magic which will be included in Nayeon's second mini album entitled NA. NA's mini album is planned for release on July 14, 2024.
