It was revealed that the building that Kim Woo Bin recently purchased was the former headquarters of BIG HIT Entertainment, now known as HYBE. Reporting from Allkpop, BIG HIT Entertainment operated in the building in 2007, and decided to move its headquarters from Nonhyeon-dong to Samseong-dong in 2018.
