Yoo Ah In is still in court for drug abuse. But before the scandal is over, Yoo Ah In is again reported for committing an illegal act. According to Sport Seoul, Friday July 26, 2024, Yoo Ah In was reported on charges of sexually harassing a man in his 30s. In response, Yoo Ah In's legal representative immediately denied the report.

However, police from the Yongsan Police Station in Seoul received the sexual harassment complaint and charged Yoo Ah In. The police said, " We have not contacted the defendant (Yoo Ah-in) separately, " and added, " We plan to summon the defendant for questioning soon. "

In the report, applicant A (30) claimed that she was sexually assaulted by Yoo Ah In while she was sleeping in an office in Yongsan-gu on July 14. Under current law, similar rape crimes are also applied in cases of sexual assault committed by a person of the same gender.

In the incident, there were not only victims A and Yoo Ah In or Mr. A. However, it is known that there was another man who was also present at the scene at that time. Due to the incident, the police opened up the possibility that Yoo Ah In committed the crime while under the influence of drug use. It is known that Yoo Ah In is currently on trial for drug abuse.

In response to this, lawyer Bang Jeong Hyeon, who is Yoo Ah In's legal representative, said, " We would like to state that the complaints regarding Yoo Ah-in are not true. " Yoo Ah In's lawyer also emphasized by saying, " We also ask that you refrain from unnecessary speculation regarding his personal life. "

In October last year, prosecutors charged Yoo Ah In without detention on charges of violating the Narcotics Control Act. He was charged without detention on charges of administering medical narcotics 181 times between September 2020 and March last year.

He is also suspected of prescribing and purchasing a total of 1,100 Stilnox and Xanax sleeping pills on behalf of others illegally 44 times since May 2021. In January last year, he was accused of smoking marijuana in the United States with four accomplices and ordering others to smoke.

In the first trial held on the 24th, the prosecutor sentenced him to four years in prison and a fine of 2 million won. If this case of homosexual sexual harassment is proven true, then Yoo Ah In may not be accepted back into the South Korean entertainment industry given the strong cancel culture.
