Quoting Reuters, local police said that they received a report that there was an aggressive man in the hotel area who appeared to be under the influence of alcohol and drugs. The manager of the hotel where Liam was staying also said that he heard a loud noise at the back of the hotel, and when police arrived, they found a man had fallen from his room's balcony.
