Former BIGBANG member, Seungri who was involved in the "Burning Sun" scandal, has now reappeared on the international stage. On December 25, 2024, various social media platforms shared the latest portrait of Seungri who was seen attending an exhibition abroad. In the circulating photos, Seungri looks fuller compared to his previous slimmer appearance.

He wears a navy suit , and completes his appearance with glasses. His face and body proportions have also changed, making a number of netizens surprised when they first saw him. The uploader of the photo noted, " He said he makes more money than G-Dragon ." This statement further sparked heated discussions among netizens who still remember how big the scandal involving Seungri was a few years ago.

Unfortunately, there is no more detailed information about Seungri's latest portrait. Netizens only feel sad to see Seungri who can still enjoy his life well go traveling abroad after making a scene with the "Burning Sun" scandal that harmed many parties. Meanwhile, in August 2024, Seungri faced heavy criticism after reportedly being invited as a special guest to an event in Indonesia titled "Burning Sun Surabaya".

Amid the controversy accusing him of showing no remorse, the event's organizer, TSV Management, issued an apology via Instagram on August 11, 2024 and abruptly canceled the event. The organizer explained, "We would like to apologize for the misunderstanding that occurred. The poster we released did not mention bringing Seungri.

The title 'Burning Sun Surabaya' was intended to promote safety at clubs and parties." Who would have thought that Seungri also responded to this issue. He admitted that he would file a lawsuit because his name was used carelessly. "The club's statement is not an apology for using my name and photo, but rather for the potential to cause problems in the local nightlife scene," Seungri told Ilgan Sports.

For your information, Seungri, the central figure in the "Burning Sun" case, was only sentenced to 1 year and 6 months in prison including charges of engaging in habitual gambling, violating the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment of Sexual Crimes (using a camera for illegal recording), violating the Prostitution Punishment Act, and embezzlement. He completed his sentence and was released in February last year.
