South Korean actor and model Cha Seung Won was announced to join KeyEast. The agency shared the good news to the public after he parted ways with YG Entertainment. “We are working with Cha Seung Won who has earned the public’s trust through his 30-year career,” KeyEast said on Monday, March 10, 2025.
"We are proud to be able to accompany Cha Seung Won, who is one of the actors who represents Korea," he continued. Furthermore, they are committed to supporting Cha Seung Won in various fields, both acting and variety.
“We will create an optimal environment for Cha Seung Won’s career to shine even brighter, and we will support him so that he can pursue various activities in the entertainment industry,” he said. Cha Seung Won parted ways with YG Entertainment after the company decided to close its actor management division called YG Stage.
They will now focus on managing their music and artists. KeyEast is an actor agency in South Korea that manages various actors and actresses such as Kang Han Na, Park Myung Hoon, Bae Jung Nam, Stephanie Lee, Chae Jung An, Han Sun Hwa, and so on.
Cha Seung Won last acted with a special appearance in the series 'The Trunk' alongside Seo Hyun Jin and Gong Yoo. He also became a model in the music video for BLACKPINK's Jisoo's song Earthquake . Currently, he is busy filming his latest drama, Slowly But Intensely with Song Hye Kyo, Gong Yoo, Seolhyun, and Honey Lee.
