Jang Keun Suk will be a guest star on the latest episode of "My Little Old Boy" which will air on April 27, 2025. In the episode, the actor admitted that he changed his mind about marriage after being diagnosed with thyroid cancer.
Jang Keun Suk initially revealed what he thought when he was diagnosed with cancer. "When I was first diagnosed, I couldn't help but ask myself, 'Why did this happen to me?' I even felt upset sometimes," he said.
Jang Keun Suk added that the experience made him adopt a healthier lifestyle and focus more on self-care. The actor previously admitted that he wanted to become a father before the age of 40. Now, he has changed his plans to want to get married after 40.
"There's a reason why I can only get married after the age of 40," Keun Suk said. His sincere reasoning resonated with both "My Little Old Boy" MCs, with one saying, "Yeah, that's when you meet your true soulmate."

"I tried to avoid things that were bad for my health, and I naturally quit smoking. The pain I went through made me stronger," said the actor. Jang Keun Suk then revealed his ambitions after being diagnosed with thyroid cancer. "To be honest, I have personal ambitions.
