Super Junior's Shindong finally gave his fans a glimpse of the inside of his luxurious new home. The idol reportedly spent 3 billion won to buy his luxurious residence. On April 3, 2025, Shindong uploaded a video titled “Since I moved, should I have a housewarming party?” on his YouTube channel, Shindong Daengdong.
The idol shared an exciting update on his recent move. Shindong revealed that he now lives in a luxury apartment with a stunning view of the Han River. He proudly showed off the view, saying, “I always show this view to people who come over.” The idol added, "You can see the Han River and Lotte Tower in Jamsil.
It's amazing. There were even fireworks on January 1, 2025, but I was in Taiwan and missed it. I'll definitely watch it next year!" The location of Shindong's new luxury home is also very strategic, with easy access to the Olympic Highway and Cheongdam Bridge.
This makes it easy for the "Sorry Sorry" singer to reach places like Bundang. Regarding the details inside his new abode, Shindong couldn't help but show off his expensive new belongings. "The thing I'm most proud of is our TV. That 97-inch OLED TV is really expensive," the idol revealed.
The TV itself cost 35 million won. Shindong also shared how he upgraded other appliances such as the induction stove, microwave oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher. "The best thing I replaced was the sink," he said. "I got it from Instagram.
And I use a food waste disposer that works well," Shindong added, showing off some unique features, like a super cool refrigerator that can make different types of ice. "Great! I barely have to buy ice," he said. The fridge was so advanced, it could even make filtered water.
And for all the coffee lovers, there was a built-in coffee machine, although Shindong joked, "I've never used it!" Shindong also shared a funny story about the previous owner of the luxurious house. "I told Changmin that I bought this house. Let me show you the wardrobe.
Changmin did a really good job on the interior, so I didn't change much," he said. In addition to his stunning living room, Shindong also showed fans his computer room, storage room, and master bedroom. His master bedroom has a special Tempur moving bed, "When pressed, the bed will rise, so it's perfect for watching TV," said Shindong.
