Celebrating National Children's Day in South Korea which falls on Monday May 5, 2025, BTS's Jin carried out donation activities to help underprivileged and needy children. Quoted from Allkpop, BTS's Jin spent around 100 Million Korean won which he then donated to Seoul Asan Medical Center in order to celebrate National Children's Day.
Seoul Asan Medical Center shared the news through their official statement, and thanked Jin for his generosity and the financial assistance provided. "In celebration of National Children's Day, BTS's Jin has donated 100 Million Korean won to the children's ward at our hospital," said Seoul Asan Medical Center.
The hospital further conveyed the message of the oldest member of the BTS group regarding the aid funds he provided. According to them, Jin has a warm heart and gentle feelings, the idol also feels sad when seeing children who are struggling with their illnesses. "My heart feels sad every time I see children struggling to recover.
I decided to provide this small assistance in the hope that these children can recover soon and be able to play happily like before," said BTS's Jin. Meanwhile, the aid funds received from Jin will be used to improve medical services and facilities for child and adolescent patients.
In addition to showing his kindness and making a significant contribution to the celebration of National Children's Day, BTS's Jin is currently busy preparing for the release of his second solo album titled 'Echo' which will be released on May 16, 2025.

In addition, Jin is also preparing for his first solo tour series. Starting with the opening performance of '#RunSeokJin_EP.Tour' in South Korea which is scheduled for June 28 and 29, 2025. This first solo tour is held to enliven the comeback of his second solo album 'Echo' in May 2025.
The opening tour series in Seoul will be held at the Goyang Sports Complex Auxiliary Stadium area located in Ilsanseo-gu, Goyang. Proving his popularity as a member of the boy group BTS, Jin's solo tour tickets have been sold out as soon as the sales opened. This solo tour will not only be held in South Korea.
However, Jin will continue his journey to several other major cities around the world. Including visiting Chiba and Osaka, Japan. As well as several other cities in the United States including Anaheim, Dallas, Tampa, and New York. Jin will also visit Europe by performing in London.
Before visiting Amsterdam, the Netherlands. A total of 18 shows will be held in 9 major cities in the world. On the other hand, the solo tour titled '#RunSeokJin_Ep.Tour' is a spin-off of the idol's variety show titled 'Run Seokjin.' This show is released every week through BTS's official YouTube channel.
Each episode shows Jin's warm journey to connect with fans around the world. Now with a concept that is not much different, Jin will run again and visit fans all over the world through live stage performances. As well as performing songs on his latest solo album later.
