Namkoong Min returns to greet Korean drama fans through his latest project titled Our Movie. In this drama, the versatile actor takes on the role of Lee Jae Ha, a film director who is struggling to regain his glory. The character he plays brings an emotional and personal side, in line with the title of the drama which raises the theme of love and life's struggles.

Lee Jae Ha, the character played by Namkoong Min, is described as the son of a legendary director who was once considered a genius due to his highly successful film debut. However, that fame did not last long. After five years without any new work, Jae Ha was hit by an identity crisis and lost his way as a creator.

His lingering doubts lead Jae Ha to believe that his past successes were merely a fluke. However, a turning point comes when a close producer encourages him to return to work, with an ambitious project: a remake of his father's legendary film about a character with a terminal illness.

Jae Ha's struggle to direct this film is not only about creativity, but also about coming to terms with the past and new hopes for the future. The drama highlights the inner and emotional struggles of an artist who wants to rediscover himself through the medium he loves.

In a number of photos released by SBS via Instagram @sbsdrama.official, Jae Ha is seen wearing headphones and focusing on monitoring the monitor screen on the filming location. In another scene, he leads an audition session to find the lead actor for his film. Jae Ha's eyes are seen sparkling—signaling his renewed enthusiasm after a long time.

The presence of Jeon Yeo Been as Lee Da Eum, Namkoong Min's co-star in this drama, also gives a strong nuance to the dynamics of the story. Da Eum is an actress who lives her life as if every day is her last. Their meeting is the beginning of a touching love story, in the midst of their respective journeys to find the meaning of life.
