Han So Hee has just been offered a role in the live-action drama Solo Leveling. On Saturday (August 30, 2025), the actress' agency, 9Ato Entertainment, announced this through Ilgan Sports.
Solo Leveling is a popular web novel and manhwa that will soon be adapted into a live-action series. If Han So Hee accepts the offer, she will star opposite Byeon Woo Seok. Han So Hee has just received an offer to star in Solo Leveling.
9Ato Entertainment confirmed the news. As reported by Ilgan Sports, a representative from the agency said, "It's true that Solo Leveling is one of the acting projects Han So Hee is considering."
Han So Hee is reportedly set to play the female lead in this drama adaptation. The character's name hasn't been detailed yet, but fans are speculating she'll play Cha Hae In. Meanwhile, Solo Leveling has already found its lead actor.
In July 2025, Byeon Woo Seok was confirmed to play Sung Jin Woo. So, if Han So Hee accepts this offer, she will be acting alongside Byeon Woo Seok. This news was enthusiastically received by fans, as they are considered to be a perfect match for their visuals.
Solo Leveling was originally a South Korean web novel written by Chugong. It was later adapted into a manhwa , becoming immensely popular not only in Korea but also internationally.
The story centers on Sung Jin Woo, a hunter —a human with supernatural powers—who must fight monsters. Sung Jin Woo was initially considered the weakest and most useless.
However, one day, he managed to level up and become the strongest hunter in the world. This live-action version of Solo Leveling is being produced by Netflix. However, the OTT platform has yet to announce a release date.
