The production team of the drama " Delusion, " starring Suzy and Kim Seon Ho, has issued an apology. They admitted their mistake in leaving trash behind after a photo shoot on Jeju Island.
This news came to light after a community group claimed the drama crew left trash on the filming location. Photos and videos showed piles of trash scattered across the forest. A coffee cup used on the set featured an image of Kim Seon Ho.
The production company Showbox then issued an official statement. They admitted they didn't dispose of the trash because filming finished late at night. They also apologized and promised not to repeat the mistake.
"Because filming took place late at night, we were unable to thoroughly clean the site due to lack of visibility. Once we became aware of the situation, we immediately apologized to the site manager and relevant authorities and cleaned up all the trash.
The area has now been fully restored," the production team stated. "We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by our failure to properly clean the site after filming.
Moving forward, we will take greater care to prevent this from happening again," he continued. Meanwhile, Delusion is a mystery thriller. Kim Seon Ho plays Yun Iho, a painter tasked with creating a portrait of Song Jeong Hwa, played by Suzy.
