BTS's Jungkook addressed fans directly after a woman was arrested for trespassing at his Seoul residence late last week. According to police reports, a woman in her 40s entered Jungkook’s home in Yongsan District around 11:20 PM on August 30, 2025 by following a car into the building.
She was apprehended at 12:02 AM on August 31, 2025 in the underground parking garage. Speaking on Weverse Live on September 1, 2025, Jungkook confirmed the incident. “I was watching everything on CCTV,” he explained.
“She suddenly opened the door in the garage because she heard noise—and the police were standing right there.” Jungkook added that the woman reportedly told authorities she was his “friend.”
The singer expressed disappointment: “ARMY are my family and my friends, yes, but… this isn’t the way. I appreciate the support… but come on.” Issuing a firm warning, Jungkook said: “Please, don’t come. If you step into my garage without permission, you won’t get out unless I open the door.
Everything is recorded. If you don’t want to end up at the police station, don’t come. ”Police questioned the woman about how she entered the property before releasing her. She admitted to the trespass, and prosecutors will now determine whether to pursue charges.
This was not the first intrusion at Jungkook’s home. In June, a woman in her 30s from China repeatedly attempted to enter his residence by pressing the door code. She was indicted without detention on attempted trespass charges last month.
