Initially, Heeseung held a live broadcast on social media while showing off his new look with blonde hair. A netizen then asked Heeseung to raise his index and middle fingers. In the comment, the netizen also included a Palestinian flag.
Not long after that, Heeseung immediately raised two fingers to symbolize peace. Following Heeseung, Jay also did the same thing during a live broadcast on social media. The same netizen also asked Jay to raise two fingers in support of Palestine. Jay then granted the netizen's request.
Heeseung and Jay immediately received praise from netizens and ENHYPEN fans. They praised Jay and Heeseung's unwavering support for Palestine. This also eased fans' frustration over ENHYPEN's collaborations with a number of brands deemed affiliated with Israel.
