OnePlus Nord 2 5G smartphone has been launched in Indian market. The new device is the successor of the OnePlus Nord which was launched back in August 2020. The handset comes with a MediaTek Dimensity 1200 SoC processor and a 50MP triple rear camera setup.
The OnePlus Nord 2 5G comes with a 6.43-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 1080x2400 pixels at a pixel density of 410 pixels per inch (ppi) and an aspect ratio of 20:9. In terms of dimensions, the smartphone measures 158.90 x 73.20 x 8.25mm (height x width x thickness) and weighs 189.00 grams. The OnePlus Nord 2 supports face unlock.
Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 1200 SoC processor. It comes with 6GB of RAM. In terms of OS software, The OnePlus Nord 2 5G runs on Android 11 operating system. The smartphone is powered by a 4500mAh battery with supports proprietary fast charging.
The OnePlus Nord 2 5G on the rear packs a 50-megapixel primary camera with an f/1.88 aperture and a pixel size of 1.0-micron; an 8-megapixel camera with an f/2.25 aperture, and a 2-megapixel camera with an f/2.5 aperture. The rear camera setup has autofocus. It sports a 32-megapixel camera on the front for selfies and video calls with an f/2.45 aperture and a pixel size of 0.8-micron.
The OnePlus Nord 2 5G runs OxygenOS 11.3 is based on Android 11 operating system. As for the storage, the smartphone packs with a 128GB of inbuilt storage. The OnePlus Nord 2 is a dual-SIM (GSM and GSM) mobile that accepts Nano-SIM and Nano-SIM cards. The smartphone comes in Blue Haze, Gray Seirra, and Green Wood colour options.
Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/Yes, GPS, Bluetooth v5.20, NFC, USB Type-C, 3G, and 4G (with support for Band 40 used by some LTE networks). Sensors on the OnePlus Nord 2 5G include accelerometer, ambient light sensor, compass/ magnetometer, gyroscope, proximity sensor, and in-display fingerprint sensor.
