OnePlus Nord 2 smartphone has been debuted comes with MediaTek Dimensity 1200 SoC and a 50MP triple rear camera setup. It is the successor of the OnePlus Nord which was launched back in August 2020. The handset offers flagship-grade specs at a reasonable price.
As for the specifications, OnePlus Nord 2 features a 6.43-inches 20:9 Fluid AMOLED FHD+ (1080 x 2400 pixels) resolution display with a 90Hz refresh rate, sRGB, Display P3 support, 410 PPI screen density, and punch hole selfie camera on the top left corner.
Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 1200-AI chipset, ARM G77 MC9 GPU, and paired with up to 12GB LPDDR4X RAM + 256GB UFS3.1 storage. In terms of OS software, the OnePlus Nord 2 runs on OxygenOS 11.3 with Android 11 OS out of the box.
The smartphone is equipped with a triple rear camera setup that comprises a 50-Megapixel (Sony IMX766) sensor with an aperture of f/1.88 + 8-Megapixel (Ultrawide) sensor with an aperture of f/2.25, 119.7° field of view and EIS support + 2-Megapixel (macro) lens with an aperture of f/2.4. On the front, it has a 32-Megapixel selfie snapper with an aperture of f/2.45 and EIS.
OnePlus Nord 2 is backed by a 4500mAh battery and supports 65W fast charging technology. For connectivity, the smartphone has a dual sim slot, 5G, 4G, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, Beidou, NavIC, and NFC.
The smartphone measures 159.12mm x 73.31mm x 8.25mm dimensions, dual stereo speakers, X-axis linear motor, Noise cancellation support, and weighs 189g. In terms of sensors, it includes the support of an Accelerometer, Electronic compass, Gyroscope, Ambient light sensor, SAR Sensor, Proximity sensor, and an In-display fingerprint sensor.
OnePlus Nord 2 comes in three RAM & storage configuration. For 6GB + 128GB = ₹27,999, for 8GB + 128GB = ₹29,999 and lastly for 12GB + 256GB = ₹34,999 The handset comes in Blue Haze, Gray Sierra, and Green wood colour options. It is currently up for Amazon and OnePlus.com and the first sale of the device is going to be live on July 28.
