Red Magic 6S Pro smartphone has been announced and it will be available to purchase starting September 27 in select regions. The handset comes Pro with a 165Hz refresh rate display, powered by a Snapdragon 888+ SoC with Kyro 680 and Adreno 660 GPU. It comes in 12GB RAM + 128GB storage and 16GB + 256GB storage variants.
The Red Magic 6S Pro comes with a 6.80-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 1,080x2,400 pixels and an aspect ratio of 20:9. In terms of dimensions, the smartphone measures 169.86 x 77.19 x 9.50mm (height x width x thickness) and weighs 215.00 grams. It bears a metal body.
Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by a Snapdragon 888+ SoC with Kyro 680 and Adreno 660 GPU. It comes with 12GB of RAM. In terms of OS software, The Red Magic 6S Pro runs on Android 11 OS and is powered by a 5,050mAh non-removable battery. The handset supports proprietary fast charging.
As far as the cameras are concerned, the Red Magic 6S Pro on the rear packs a 64-megapixel primary camera; an 8-megapixel camera, and a 2-megapixel camera. The rear camera setup has autofocus. It sports an 8-megapixel camera on the front for selfies and video calls. The front camera also features autofocus.
The Red Magic 6S Pro runs Red Magic OS 4.0 is based on Android 11 and packs 128GB of inbuilt storage. The smartphone is a dual-SIM (GSM and GSM) mobile that accepts Nano-SIM and Nano-SIM cards. Connectivity options on the device include Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth v5.10, NFC, USB Type-C, 3G, and 4G. Sensors on the phone include fingerprint sensor.
