Infinix Hot 11 Play was silently unveiled in Africa as a new affordable smartphone. It arrives as the successor to the Infinix Hot 10 Play that was revealed earlier this year. The handset comes with a large battery, MediaTek entry-level octa-core chipset, dual rear camera, big waterdrop notch display, and more.

Infinix Hot 11 Play features a 6.82 inches waterdrop notch TFT IPS display with an HD+ resolution. Under the hood, the smartphone is powered with a MediaTek Helio G35 octa-core chipset which is paired with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage with up to 512GB expandable storage slot.

The Infinix Hot 11 Play boasts a dual rear camera that includes a 12-megapixel primary sensor and an AI lens coupled with a quad-LED setup. For selfies and video calling, the smartphone sports an 8-megapixel front-facing camera under the dewdrop notch. The smartphone is running on Android 11 OS with the company’s custom skin on top.

The Infinix Hot 11 Play is packed with a 6000mah battery that the company states can provide up to 55 days of battery backup on standby and 53 hours of talk time. For connectivity, the phone includes 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, a micro USB port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. Sensors onboard, the device sports gyroscope, light sensor, proximity sensor, compass, g-sensor, and a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor.

As for the pricing and availability, the Infinix Hot 11 Play is listed on the official website with detailed specifications but the company hasn’t revealed the pricing and availability yet and the company may announce it very soon. The smartphone is offered in four colors - Green, Gold, Blue and Black.
