Vivo Y15A smartphone has been launched in the Philippines, alongside Vivo Y15s. Both the devices pack a 6.51-inch display, a octa-core MediaTek Helio P35 (MT6765) processor, a 13-megapixel dual rear camera setup, and a massive 5,000mAh battery. Vivo has also launched the Vivo Y15s in Indonesia.

The Vivo Y15A comes with a 6.51-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 720x1600 pixels. Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio P35 (MT6765) processor. It comes with 4GB of RAM. The smartphone runs on Android 11 OS operating system and is powered by a 5000mAh battery. The handset supports face unlock.

The Vivo Y15A on the rear packs a dual camera setup featuring a 13-megapixel primary camera with an f/2.2 aperture, and a 2-megapixel camera with an f/2.4 aperture. The rear camera setup has autofocus. It has a single front camera setup for selfies and video calling, featuring an 8-megapixel sensor with an f/2.0 aperture.

The Vivo Y15A runs Funtouch OS 11.1 is based on Android 11 OS and packs 64GB of inbuilt storage that can be expanded via microSD card. The smartphone is a dual-SIM (GSM and GSM) mobile that accepts Nano-SIM and Nano-SIM cards. In terms of dimensions, the handset measures 163.96 x 75.20 x 8.28mm (height x width x thickness) and weighs 179.00 grams. 

Connectivity options on the Vivo Y15A include Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth v5.00, USB OTG, Micro-USB, 3G, and 4G (with support for Band 40 used by some LTE networks). Sensors on the smartphone include accelerometer, ambient light sensor, compass/ magnetometer, proximity sensor, and fingerprint sensor. It was launched in Mystic Blue and Wave Green colours.
